Anna-Marie Cunningham, Esq. was born in Tampa, Florida.  She earned her Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies and Philosophy, graduating with Honors from the University of Tampa.  Anna began her career in the legal field by assisting her sister Aida M. Rodriguez open her law firm in 1995.  Anna managed all aspects of the law firm in addition to being a paralegal, while Aida practiced law and was the sole attorney in the firm.  It wasn’t until 2012, after their father was killed in a car accident, that Anna decided she too wanted to be a lawyer.  She experienced first-hand how the death of a loved one changes the family dynamic and how unprepared her family was for this traumatic event.  She realized she wanted to help others be prepared. She attended and graduated Cum Laude from Western Michigan University, Thomas M. Cooley Law School. During some of her time at Cooley, she was also on the board of Phi Delta Phi, as the Treasurer.

In law school, a book award is an award or recognition for receiving the highest grade in a class. Anna received the book award for Wills and Trusts.

Anna prides herself in developing a strong relationship with her clients based on trust and reliability.  She works diligently and successfully to provide high-quality, efficient, dedicated service and practical guidance in creating plans to pass assets on to future generations and beneficiaries.

Anna and her husband reside in Tampa.  Besides being a lawyer, she is a mom to two wonderful children.  She enjoys activities surrounded by family and friends.  She appreciates the opportunity she had in the past volunteering and being on the Board of Tampa Youth Athletic Program and enjoys participating and attending events that help and give back to the community.
