HISTORY OF THE LAW OFFICE OF AIDA M. RODRIGUEZ
Florida State University College of Law named Aida M. Rodriguez one of its prestigious Public Service Fellows, allowing Aida, as a student, to represent individuals who could not afford a lawyer. Aida did this until her graduation from law school in 1993. She was licensed by the Florida Bar in 1995.
In 1995, Aida M. Rodriguez also opened her law practice and began representing injured people immediately along with her sister, Anna-Marie Cunningham, at that time the firm’s sole legal assistant and paralegal. Since its inception, Anna Cunningham has been an invaluable part of the practice and continues to be so, now as an attorney. Thanks to our loyal clients, the practice grew by word of mouth.
Since 2000, we have been located on the Hillsborough River in historic Seminole Heights. To date, the Law Office of Aida M. Rodriguez, P.A. remains at 8002 N. Florida Avenue in Tampa.
Attorney Aida M. Rodriguez has represented injured people for 29 years.
The Law Office of Aida M. Rodriguez has handled all types of injury cases.
Aida M. Rodriguez has handled cases with injuries caused by the most minor of car accidents, to those of families who lost their loved ones in a crash.
In 2007, Aida settled her first case for over $1,000,000.00 and was inducted into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
The Million Dollar Advocates Forum is a respected organization that is exclusive to attorneys who have settled cases for $1,000,000.00 or more. There are over 5000 members throughout the country. Fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members.
You feel like you have a red target on your back. We can help.
Those that have suffered permanent injuries with minimal property damage know a person can be violently injured in a low impact collision. Some accidents involve numerous impacts. Some people get into two accidents on the same day. We can help.
Case against the government? We can help.
A city of Tampa dump truck backs into you. A police officer crashes into you and your spouse while you’re sitting at a red light.
Did you know that if you get injured by a City of Tampa garbage truck, or a police officer, or a Sheriff’s deputy, or a State trooper, many attorneys will not take the case?
What if you were to slip and fall at the Post Office, or trip and fall on a city’s poorly maintained sidewalk?
Attorneys are limited by law to charging 25%. Often, these victims cannot find lawyers to represent them.
We will represent you if you or your loved ones have been injured in an accident with a government employee. Those injured by government employees deserve an attorney who will take their case no matter the fee.
